Where do you ship to?
We ship to UK, Europe, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East. Please ensure that the correct address details are provided on your order in compliance with the postal requirements of the recipient country. Incorrect information can result in packages being not delivered and we will not be responsible for it.
How long will my order take?
Our items are made-to-order and delivered within 2-3 weeks. Most orders are usually delivered well within the timescales. However, sometimes if the delivery is delayed due to a very busy period or an unforeseen reason, we apologise in advance. If ordering for a special event, please order ahead of time.
Why does it take long to receive my order?
As our bridal hair accessories are handcrafted and made-to-order, your items may take a little longer to arrive. But the wait is worth for the quality and unique designs we promise.
What if i don't receive my order?
At Bridal Hair Heaven, we stand behind our products with a 'Money Back Guarantee.' If our UK and European customers do not receive their order within 60 days for any reason, we offer a full refund. For customers in other countries, if the order is not delivered within 75 days, you will also be eligible for a full refund. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priority.
Returns & Refund
What is your Returns Policy?
We have a 14 days Returns Policy. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the items to us within 14 days of receipt of order and we will be happy to offer you a full refund minus the postage costs, providing the goods are returned in unused perfect condition and in the original packaging. Please note we do not offer exchanges.
Can i cancel an order after placing it?
Unfortunately once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. This is because our process is designed to start production immediately upon receiving your order. We use an automated system that triggers production with our suppliers right away to ensure your bridal hair accessories are crafted and delivered as quickly as possible. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
How do I ship my order back to you?
To return your product, you should get in touch via contact page form with the order no. If your return is accepted then we will then send you our UK warehouse address where you need to mail your product back to us.
